Minting a Dugong NFT will get you a random unique Genesis Dugong from a collection of 3,333. These are the only Genesis Dugongs that will ever be brought to existence. They have many different traits like color, headgear, weapons etc. These traits will define how fast they can gather $PEARL, their stats and the role they will play later in the game.

Bow on their tail will determine their gender, which will of course be important once breeding mechanic is implemented. Females will also gather $PEARL a bit faster, but will have worse stats in building or battling.

If you get really lucky, you can mint one of the Crowned Dugongs, as it goes without saying that they are the rarest and most prestige Dugongs in the ocean! They will add bonuses to your whole aquarium when staked and also later in land gameplay.

Every Dugong will have its role in the ecosystem and can be upgraded to make it even more useful.
